200+ Pips on the EURJPY Overnight – Watch the Live Trade

Using the Ultimate Swing Trader gives you a road-map to each and every trading day.

You’ll see in this video the exact system set-up.  Our entry price, our profit targets and our protective stop.

We ended up grabbing over 200 pips of profit, the bulk of that happened overnight while we were sleeping.  Good use of our time right? :)   We’ll even show you us entering the trade live, in the markets and the actual trade executions just like you would do once you have the Ultimate Swing Trader.  Be sure to sign-up for the webinar as well – see the link to the right (click the icon in the lower right of the video to see it in full-screen mode – much easier to see all the detail:)

  5. donald brewer says:

Mark on trade station what are the signals that are showing the setup for this trade eur jyp on the video. I don’t see that. I have been trying to use the CCI RSI and stochtic to predict when to trade in a demo account with no real accurcy. Help!! Tim Brewer

  6. JC says:

I would also like to see how losing trades are managed. It would be benificial to see the win loss stats and the max drawdown intraday and over the time period that the strategy was trading.

  7. Stew says:

    Good point

  8. Jack says:

Great trade… and I’m very interested in the system.

However, I’d love to see some bad trades so that I can get a sense of how a system deals with bad trades (risks) before I buy it.

  9. Victor says:

I’m anxious to buy this software and to establish a relationship with your company, but will not be able to attend the webinar. Can you advise?

    Thanks

    Victor

  10. Dave Dunn says:

Thank you for the video using mini-lots. I appreciate it.

  11. RP says:

You would have more credibility if you explained your entry rules.

  12. john kelly says:

I like your trading diary, shows you are doing the business. Don’t know your system, but looking at the double red lines as some sort of trend indicator, it looks like entry at the top of the retracements into the downtrend, would give a shorter time frame and possibly tighter stops for a successful entry into the move. cheers john

  13. Chris says:

I’m a UST owner and actually took this trade. Yes the system does lose, in fact 4 of the first 5 trades I took were losers. However for the period Dec/Jan (less several weeks over the holiday period) the system has given me 34 trades of which 25 winners and 9 losers – a 74% win rate. Recent performance has been very strong, 15 winners out of the last 16 trades.

  14. Sam Thomas says:

What is your winning percentage? How many bad trades have you had? What if you can’t make the webinar?

  15. Randy Focht says:

What is the win rate with 200 pips overnight?

    What is the draw down/

    What is the worst loss?

    I need some statistics.
    Thanks,
    Randy

  16. paulp says:

What was the $ amount of the trades that resulted in the 200 pips you made. For Example On the first target what $_Amount_ did you have to spend to enter the trade that resulted in the approx $85 ?

  17. miskin says:

so that was one lucky trade in your favour. You cannot guarantee that your next trade will bring same amount of pips.Trading is a game of probability. We need to see how many trades are winning and how .many losing.
    Please mention more winning trades.

  18. mike says:

yes let us know the trades you lost with UST and what is the stop loss value

  19. elayne says:

Its easy, huh? just follow the rules/ . For Mike and Stephan, sure there were good and bad trades, but what matters is the risk/ reward on entry, the management of the trade and of course the OVERALL pip win for the week/ month / year, and you can see that it is quite favourable.
UST sets it all up for you.

  20. MI says:

UST looks really good, specially for people who cannot day trade. I am kind of wondering. What if the trade does not trigger for some time? Is the entry order cancelled after a certain number of bars or a certain time if it is not filled?

    Thanks,
    MI

  22. Edgar says:

Hi Mark, how are you doing today?

It’s interesting 200 pips on EuroJPY but my questions here is :

1- I like to know what MT4 Froex broker are you using?

2- What trading charts program are you using, the same of the MT4 broker or another one or a one chart system you designed?

3- Why do you include stop loss in your trades open positions?
Most times every currency goes up or down the point you hit buy or sell where you will be loosing, but after 1 hour or some minutes even or 1 day or 1 month, you can close your position on a profit without loosing money.
    Looking for your reply.

    Thank you

    Edgar

  23. Bernardo Martinez says:

Very impressive, I hope I can see more details about it.

  24. Mark says:

Edgar — the brokers several of us use here include FXDD and FXCM though you can trade with any broker you’re comfortable with. The charting can be the straight Metatrader 4 any of the brokers can supply plus our custom indicators we will supply. We always have a stop loss when we trade — there’s no way we’re going to hold a trade without one – it’s very flawed thinking to assume you should/could just hold a trade and eventually it will hit target. You’ll never sustain the drawdowns if you do that and you could be waiting years – don’t fall into that trap.

  25. Mark says:

Lynn – best bet join the webinar Wednesday. Thanks.

  26. Mark says:

MI – virtually every setup if it is going to trigger, triggers within 24 hours. We definitely have some that will setup but not enter – which is always good because it means you saved yourself a potential losing trade. We do not have a time or bar count — just wait until triggers OR a new setup comes into play that takes over from the previous one. That keeps it nice and simple to track and trade. Thanks.

  27. Mark says:

Miskin – you are completely correct – it is just one example, though this blog has numerous examples. We also have posts down below you should read where we roll up all the trades – both winners and losers. We never say we do not experience losing trades – comes with the territory, but we win more than we lose consistently, and use smart money management as well in our trading plans so we are able to handle any of those without issue. Come to the webinar where we will discuss this futher.

  28. Mark says:

Paulp – that was just one mini – normally a broker at 100:1 leverage probably only needs $100 to trade a mini. However, we would never recommend that since you are using way too much leverage that way and it’s a quick way to ruin.

  29. Mark says:

Randy – join us in the webinar Wednesday and we’ll go over all of that. Thanks.

  30. Mark says:

Sam — make sure you signup for the webinar even if you can’t make it – you’ll get it on a replay link later. As for winning percentages the key for us is to always put the odds in our favor on the trade — that’s the only time we put on a trade if we know the odds favor us. We’ll go into more details as well in the webinar but we always have an exact exit plan on every trade – the risk is known upfront in all cases.

  31. Mark says:

RP — we actually do if you watch several of the videos – we try not to every video since it’s straightforward and you can see our charts plot the exact targets and stops – those are not typed onto the screen. So unlike other systems you might look at where you might be trusting the trade is there, with outs it’s 100% clear and evident on-screen – ahead of time. Thanks.

  32. Mark says:

Victor, sure just sign up and if you do the webinar will be sent to you on a replay. Thanks.

  33. Mark says:

Jack – sure, totally understandable. We do have them. We will have a new video up within the next 24 hours discussing this plus we’ll be talking about it live on Wednesday so you get a really good sense. What you should know is every trade has a preset risk – there’s never any surprises in that area. Thanks.

  34. Mark says:

Donald – not sure what system you are referring to – but the UST does not use the CCI, RSI or stochastics. We have no use for any of those in our strategy. Thanks.

  35. Mark says:

JC – watch the most recent trade example, Shane goes into nice detail on this and how these trades are managed. Thanks!
